Obituary of Doris J. Loeven

Doris J. Loeven, age 90, of Wellsboro, PA, formerly of Corning, NY and resident at Bakercrest Home in Millerton, PA, died on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 in Broad Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center, Wellsboro, PA. Born on February 3, 1923 in Corning, NY, she was the daughter of Paul and Genevieve Loeven. Doris was a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing where she was later employed. She was a highly sought after registered nurse in private practice. In addition to her parents, Doris was predeceased by all of her siblings; Robert, Paul, Harold and Ruth. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 1:15 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Park Ave., Corning, NY.
