Obituary of Kenneth W. Bellis
Kenneth W. Bellis, Jr., age 58, of Mansfield, PA, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. He was born December 30, 1954 in Sayre, PA, a son of Kenneth W. Sr., and Mina (Barlow) Bellis. Kenneth was married to Sandi (Brion) Bellis. He graduated from Tioga Central School in Nichols, NY and was a self-employed farrier. Kenneth drove for EMTA and was employed by Leprino Foods for over 20 years. He was a member of the Twin Tiers Riding Club and the Tioga County Saddle Club. Kenneth was a NASCAR fan; loved spending time with his grandchildren; working in his barn with his horses, riding horses and camping with horses. He worked on Rodeos as a pick up man and did Team Penning. Kenneth was a diehard Yankee Fan. He loved mowing his lawn.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sandi; his mother, Mina; a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth ?Buddy? and Dawn Bellis, III, of Nichols, NY; a step son, Cody Garrison of Mansfield, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Kevin House of Blossburg, PA; 2 grandchildren, Kameron House and Kolton Bellis; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary "Pear" Bellis of NY, Tim and Bea Bellis and Shawn and Marlene Bellis of Barton, NY; a sister and brother-in-law, Molly and David Hanville of Spencer, NY; many nieces and nephews; his horse, Zeus, and dogs, Tucker and Grady.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Monday, July 22, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Dean Edwards officiating.
