Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Ken was obviously very well-liked by friends and acquaintances, and much-adored by his family.

Could always count on Kenny to have good stories latest gossip (about horses and ppl). Such a happy man who enjoyed life. Another of the good ones going too soon. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Especially you Sandi. Everything is there except Kenny. We will all miss him greatly!

To all of Kenny's family-we are so very sorry for your loss. Kenny had been our blacksmith for 15 or so years and we will miss our visits with him. He told of his camping trips with the horses and we shared dog stories as we have a red heeler and then Kenny got the blue heelers. This last year we also shared grandparent stories-he was such a happy, good man and will be missed by many people and horses too. Our hearts go out to you all. So very, very sorry. Pat & Kevin Burnell

I'll never forget the first time you came to trim my horses feet. You trimmed my daughters horse and then moved onto my sons. You look at him. Looked down one side of him an up the other. Looked him in the face and then looked at me. You asked if this horses name was cowboy. I smiled with an uncertain look and stated yes. You then asked where i got him. This question i answered. You looked back at the horse and said old buddy I've missed you. Ken went on to trim his feet. When he got to the back left foot ken reached down to pick it up and no go. Cowboy wasn't giving it up. (I didn't understand he'd always picked up his feet for us to clean) Ken turned and there cowboy was looking at him. Ken stood up turned around look at the horse and say's. (YOU DIDN'T FORGET A DAMN THING DID YA?? NOW GIVE ME YOUR FOOT). Ken went back to the foot and picked it up with no problem. He then expanded to me that this was a game that the two of them had been playing for years. This game was played by the two of them for over 15 years and 2 different owners. Not only will you be missed by your human friends but your horse friends as well.

Where do I begin to tell you how much I love you and miss you. Every time I close my eyes I see you. Everywhere I look on the farm you are there. I feel you around me and I talk to you but my heart is so sad and I would give anything to have you come home. We had so many plans and now I have to figure out how to go on without you. My heart aches that you won't get to see Kameron and Kolton grow up. I know you are so proud of Buddy, Dawn, Mary, and Kev in how they have wrapped their arms around me and pulling me through this. Their strength and character are a true testament of how you raised them. I love you Bellis, you were my entire world. Fly with the angels, my love, and let me know you are with me..... <3

To all of Kenny's family, I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Ken's passing. I really enjoyed working at EMTA with Kenny for the past year. He was always so happy and smiled continually, just a pleasure to be around. We will all miss him very much. God Bless all the family. Steve Gee-----
