Obituary of Debra E. Moyer

Debra E. (Betts) Moyer, age 38, of Wellsboro, PA, died unexpectedly Friday, February 25, 2011. Debra was born April 25, 1972 in Williamsport, PA, a daughter of Wilbur A. Jr. and Judith (Willets) Betts. Debra enjoyed spending time with her children. Debra is survived by her children, Coty Allen Betts and Lashonda Angelic Moyer both of Wellsboro, PA; her father, Wilbur A. Betts, Jr. of Warrensville, PA; three sisters, Dodi Marie (Alan) Livergood of Sumpter, SC, Dawn Denise (Bradley) Timbrook of Shanks, WV, Dori Ann (Michael) Flook of Cogan Station, PA; a half-brother, Wilbur Betts, III of Warrensville, PA; her childrens step-father, Richard Douglas Osgood, Jr. of Wellsboro, PA; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and one great nephew. Debra was predeceased by a son, Devin William Moyer in 1998, and her mother, Judith, in 2009. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. John Mann officiating.
