It's been two very long, very hard years without you Momma. It was really hard getting married without you being there to give me away. I know that you were there in spirit, and will be there again when Matt and I have a bigger ceremony. I love and miss you Momma. Fly high my beautiful Angel. <3 Hope you like this poem. I miss her laughter, Her smile. I miss her being there, Walking beside me with every mile. Some days I don't know what to do, So I just hold in the pain. But then I find myself letting go, And the tears fall down like rain. It happened so suddenly, I never got to say goodbye. And some days I sit here, Asking God why? Why is it that she had to go so young? Didn't you know that I needed her too? I can't help but wonder, Why wasn't there anything I could do? She was my Momma, My strength, my best friend. I thought she'd always be there, With me until the end. We had our ups, And we had our downs. But I thought she'd always be there, I thought she'd always be around. I know she's up in Heaven, Watching over me. But I can't help but feel, That right here is where she needs to be. I love and miss you Momma, No one will ever take your place. And I know in my heart, This pain can never be erased. But for you, I will try to be strong. Until we're together again, Where we belong. I hope Devin is being good for you, I hope you two are flying high. But until we meet again, I know this isn't goodbye. I love you both, You're always in my heart. Always and forever Momma, The way it's been from the start. ��
