To Steve & Gary and families, I remember going to your house in Covington so many years ago and your parents were always so nice & friendly. I remember how much you loved your parents & respected them & then took on the same qualities in your lives. God bless. From, Marianne Crittenden Kent, Dunnellon, Florida

Words can not express the loss of a loved one. Lenny was a joy to be around. Always smiling and saying hello. I will alwyas remember him as the guy driving the old car in the parades.

To The Family of LEONARD GEE: I learned at 5:30am this morning of the passing of my friend and soul-mate, Lenny Gee. HALLMARK has no cards of sympathy nor does Webster's dictionary have words of definition that adequately express my condolences to the Gee family, and while I know it to be of little comfort, I too, share your grief. No matter how much we 'expect' the passing of a loved one, it still comes as a 'surprise' and adjectives of past adventures or words intended to comfort those left behind are stale and stagnet in times or sadness and sorrow such as this. I some how thought that Lenny Gee was indestructible and like the pyramids of the Middle East, would stand forever! For what it's worth, the Lenny Gee that I knew, had the heart of a lion, the compassion of a Saint, the character of Our Ancestors, and I was fortunate enough to call him my "friend and soul-mate". My Grandfather Boyce used to tell me, "If you have one TRUE FRIEND in your lifetime, you will be lucky indeed"! Well, ONE FRIEND like Lenny Gee is all one needs in a lifetime. I would invite the Gee family to visit me at any time, I have some wonderful stories about Lenny and Barbara Gee that I would truly love to share with you. I shall miss my friend and soul-mate, and I express my heartfelt condolences to the family of Leonard Gee and may loving memories bring comfort, warmth, and peace to you and yours. In sadness, duane In sadness

Lenny became an extended member of our family and we truly enjoyed having him in our lives. He will be missed by all of us. He will forever hold a very special place in our hearts. I hope he is wearing his dancing shoes because I am sure Barb and my mother Janice are taking turns doing the jitter bug with him right now. We have many memories and pictures to look back on, your smile shines in each and every one. As our last promise to you, we will remember you always. Until we meet again, love from Kathy, Dave, and our family.
