Dear Joy and family: Though I never had the privilege to meet Tom, Joy had a special way in her sharing and telling stories of Tom which brought out his delightful sense of humor and his great love and pride for his family. I know that you all must ache in your hearts and miss him while at the same time feel relief because his long suffering is behind him and all of you as well. Tom was ahead of me in high school but I remember him (and his sister Bonnie). I remember him as always smiling. My sincere sympathy to Joy and ALL of Tom's family.
