Phil's light shined brightly in everything he did and in interactions with everyone he met. He was always extremely helpful, grounded, and a pleasure to be around. He will truly be missed. My sincere condolences to all of his family, friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ.

Phil was one of the most Kindest caring Man i have ever know and he was not only a father and a gentleman but he was also a great leader to work under when he was the camp residental Director at Three Springs Ministries im gald to call him not only a Friend but also Gald that i was able to work under his Leadership when he worked at Three Springs.
