Mary and I met about 20 years ago in church and Sunday School. Immediately after meeting Mary a person understands what a sincere and loving person she is. She knew how to live a good life. In her losses of loved ones, she showed strength and trust in the Lord. Her example to others made us stronger. One day as we "passed the peace" in church, I gave her a hug and said, "We have good days and bad days, don't we?" Her response I will never forget - "They're all good days." We had visits while she was living at Country Terrace and had the opportunity to attend church together there. She loved Christ and is a model to all of us. I loved Mary so much and will truly miss her. Condolences to her family.
Mary Jones, What a lovely lady!!! I always enjoyed going to Bettys house when we girls. This large extended family will miss her greatly. Sincere sympathy, Barbara and Brad Ball.
I have a childhood of memories filled with spending a week every summer on the farm with Grammy and Grampy, visors as an adult as my own children grew- knowing how special it was that they had the privilege to know her and see her until their own adulthood. When we make the chocolates or the beetle cookies, we will always remember her and her love. She meant as much to her family as her family did to her. ❤️
I have so many good memories of spending weekends at the farm while attending Corning Community College. Aunt Mary always made me feel welcomed and at home and I enjoyed spending time there with family. A special memory I have is fun on the pond in Winter.
Char and I enjoyed a visit with her four years ago while she was at Broad Acres. She welcomed us to her little apartment and we shared family memories, stories and updates. It is a treasured memory for us.
She will be greatly missed, but we know she is with Jesus and we will see her sweet, smiling face again one day.
