Have so many fun-filled memories of Terry in our teen years! He was a very special person then and as I can see from the other messages, he continued to bring a spark of light and happiness throughout his life. He will be missed. Condolences to his family and friends.

I just learned of Terry’s passing. He was really one of the “good guys.” Pat was one of my daughter’s favorite teachers at Elkland and I fondly remember Terry, Pat and Kyle at many sporting events. His smile always lit up the room. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your overwhelming loss and may your loving memories sustain you through this sad time.

Pat and Kyle,
I stumbled across this on FB this morning and was so shocked by this news. I am so so sorry to hear of your loss. Terry was one of my favorite people in the boro. Loved running in to him and catching up. Again, so sorry Pat. Thinking of you and your family.

Deepest condolences to Patty, Kyle, family & friends. Terry's real position at Lowe's was "Mood Management". I'd see him approaching and he'd say "I'm making my rounds, what's the mood down here?". The mood didn't matter, when Terry left your department you we're shaking your head, smiling ear to ear and laughter was echoing through the rafters! The Kelly's hold a special place in our heart for Patty, his beautiful wife. The conversation always included Patty & Kyle. I smile today knowing Terry lived a good life, he spent everyday waking up to his best friend, he was the proudest father, rightfully so!! Rest in eternal peace Terry!! Thanks for the laughs!!! XOXO

I Will always remember growing up on Nichols Street and Terry living across the street. We had some fun times. He was a real jokester always goofing around. He will truly be missed by all that knew him. Doyle Thomas

Very fond memories of time well spent in Wellsboro over childhood Summer vacations. Terry and Pat’s wedding was wonderful and I recall catching the garter lol! My Dad Tom Hubba grew up in Wellsboro running around with the Wilcox boys (cousins). God Bless you Terry along with family and friends. Rest easy big guy. Until we meet again.
