Dearest Mary Jo, Some of my fondest memories while at Mansfield University include you. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. Rest in peace my friend.

Dear friend - how I will miss you; your totally gorgeous womanliness! Fierce and proud, you battled hard and inspire me today and all the days ahead. Save a seat for me at the table, dear - we'll drink a toast to all the grand times we had and all the great folks in our lives. If the value of a life well lived is in the number of people who love and miss you, your life was lived to the very fullest. Love, Margaret

This is a time of extreme loss for family and friends of Mary Jo. I truly hope everyone is able to focus on the thoughts of so many HAPPY times with Mary Jo. She always brought a smile to all of us. We need to keep that memory of her exciting spirit in our hearts always... and then we can smile again and realize how fortunate we were to have had her in our lives.
