Obituary of Hazel Cole

Hazel (Hall) Cole, age 79, of Mainesburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born April 18, 1939 in Richmond Township, a daughter of Leon and Laura (Neal) Hall. Hazel was the wife of Bernard Cole with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. She was a homemaker and together she and Bernard raised their six boys. Hazel is survived by her husband Bernard; sons, Bernard "Bernie" (Audrey) Cole of Mainesburg, Guy Cole of Lawrenceville, PA, Barry (Kim) Cole of Florida, Patrick (LeeAnne) Cole of Mansfield, PA, Timothy (Jeanne) Cole of Wellsboro, PA, Matthew (Brianne) Cole of Palmyra; 21 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law Helen (Bert "Bob") Orlando and Margie (Lester) Puryear, both of Lawrenceville. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Raymond James Hall in 2017. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 4, at 11:00 am with Rev. Anthony Cicero officiating. Burial will take place in Roseville Cemetery, Roseville, PA.
