My heart aches for the family. Have always felt like the Johnston family was mine and have you in my prayers. Such a handsome young man lost to addiction. Sending my sympathy to the family of this Bright Young soul. I remember him as a school boy, later in life at music festivals as the tie dye kid. There was so much good in Jordan, as we remember him I hope that this remains his legacy. he was kinder than most men, laughed like it was a profession and smiled with sincerity. I will always remember that There was so much good in him - he had a disease and it finally consumed him.
To Judy and DJ, I cannot begin to say words to ease your sorrow and loss. I know the world of addiction through our own daughter and feared this would be her end also. Many days and nights I didn't know where she was or if she was alive. I do know all the pain leading up to your loss and wish so much we could fight this demon of a disease. Please know that there are those of us who feel your pain acutely and pray for your hearts to be comforted from this. Again, I am so very sorry for you both.
GFunk... what a great friend this guy was to so many. I have hundreds of unforgetable memories. Its unfortunate there will be no more. I truly miss Jordan and I wish things would have been different for him. He will be missed. Forever in my heart and thoughts. Love ya Funk!
