To a wonderful class mate. He was such a nice guy in school, and was always fun to be around. Thanks for the memories.

Everett and I were friends from grade school. There are no words to express my sorrow in learning that he is no longer with us. It was a pleasure to see him at our 60's reunions. I never knew he had such a large wonderful family, and I really enjoyed watching the video.
He will be missed and remembered at future reunions.

Kay and family, We are grieved to learn of Everett's death and extend our love and prayers to all of you. We have a new grandson named Benjamin Everett; Everett would get a kick out of that! Seeing your pictures on this site brings back many fond memories of times together in Hobart. . .miss them, miss him. We are donating to the local children's home in his memory. We think he would like that. Love to you all, John and Sharon

Everett was a good man for sure and I felt totally blessed to have known him even though we were only around each other for a few years in college. He was always just fun to be with and we had a great group of guys in the Sig Tau fraternity of which Everett was a key figure. Just neat to have had him as a buddy and so glad we were able to exchange some emails over the past few months before his health declined. It seemed like no time had passed at all even though it was about 45-50 years ago when we last saw each other. My prayer is for God to lift up Kay, all the family members, and dear friends to help carry them as they go through this difficult time period. I do thank God again for letting me have Everett as a buddy.
In His Name,
Jerry

I wish to extend my condolences for Everett. He was a Sig Tau brother of mine and I remember him well. I can't remember whether he was a pledge brother of mine or whether he was a member when I pledged but I remember him well. He will be missed.

To think of the people Everett has touched over the years. What a list that would be.
When I changed positions within the company Everett was the first to call and say" get up here, I need to teach you what you forgot, never knew and changed in the oilfield in the last 20 years".
It was a privilege to call you a friend and Mentor. BOOMER SOONER

Everett was a well respected and loved Boss and friend. He taught employees so much that he learned in his life experiences. His legacy will live on for many years to come and he will be missed very much.
Enjoy your nap, Everett and we will see you again!!
