Obituary of Sherry L. Allen

Sherry L. Allen, age 59, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport, PA. She was born September 6, 1957 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of Darwin "Tink" (Mary) Cranmer and Linda (Strong) Cramer. Sherry was the wife of Lance Allen who survives. She worked as a day care provider for many years; was a member of the Church of Christ; enjoyed crafts, knitting, crocheting, quilting, watching birds and riding motorcycle. Sherry is survived by her husband, Lance; a son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Samantha Allen of Newton, NJ; a daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Jack Witmer of Wellsboro, PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Jamie and Rhonda Cranmer of Charlotte, NC; 6 grandchildren, Karinthia, Karter, Lillianna, Brycen, Hailey and Brooke. She was predeceased by a step-father, Harold Cramer; brother, Steven Cranmer, and a sister, Kimberly Cranmer. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
