Connie K. Herring, age 61, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sun., Aug. 18, 2013 in The Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. Born on Sept. 17, 1952 in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of Otis and Kathryn Ardell (Small) Covert.
