Obituary of Richard C. Harding
Richard C. Harding, age 55, of Mansfield, PA died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at The Gatehouse, Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, PA. Richard was born July 25, 1957 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Clarence C. and Pauline (Boyce) Harding. He would have celebrated 34 years of marriage on June 1st, to Cindy Lee (Harvey) Harding. He was a 1975 graduate of North Penn High School. Richard was a maintenance mechanic at Ward Manufacturing in Blossburg, PA. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, trapping, and riding in his truck.
Richard is survived by his wife, Cindy; his mother, Pauline Harding of Covington, PA; a son, Kelly Harding of Mansfield, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Stevens Lambert of Mansfield, PA; 4 grandchildren, Landon, Carter, Kelan and Emmie Lambert; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jean (Ed) Knapp of Covington, PA, Sue (Scott) Henry of Covington, PA, Karen Hesselbach of Elmira, NY, Phyllis (Bill) Magnotta of Mansfield, PA, Marcia Rusk of Covington, PA, Cindy (Scott House) Harding of Covington, PA, Jill (Jamie) Logan of Wellsboro, PA; sisters-in-law, Suelema Harding of TX, Marylou (Craig) Lamb and Darlene Frost of Mansfield, PA; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Clifford and Patty Harvey of Mansfield, PA; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, SFC E-7, Roger L. Harding, and his father, Clarence Harding.
At Richard's request there will not be a public service. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Rifle Association of America, 11250 Waples Mill Rd., Fairfax, VA 22030 in his memory.
