Obituary of Stephen Lee Jayne
Stephen Lee Jayne, age 40, of Mansfield, PA died unexpectedly Saturday, April 20, 2013. Stephen was born January 30, 1973 in Elmira, NY a son of Charles and Frances (Dyke) Jayne. He was owner and operator of Jayne Logging and Tree Service. Stephen enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool, swimming, playing golf, and a good barbecue.
Stephen is survived by a son, Shawn Barrett of Blossburg, PA; his mother, Frances Jayne of Mansfield, PA; his father and step-mother, Charles Jayne and Sheila Smith of Millerton, PA; his sweetheart, Jodi Daley and family, Beth, Bashan, Joey, Christel, Avery, Aryan and Josh; a brother, Kenneth (Kim Kennedy) Jayne of Mansfield; nieces, Brittney Jayne Kingsley and Kelcey JoAnn Jayne; 2 great nieces, Kamerin and Kadence; 1 great nephew, Konner; aunts, uncles and cousins; preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Durward and Leona Dyke; paternal grandparents, Edwin and Marion Jayne.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday following calling hours with Rev. Jeff McCleary and Pastor William Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in Stephen?s memory to the Mansfield Ambulance Association, 379 S.
