Obituary of Gerald W. Barnes

Gerald W. Barnes, Jr. age 65, of Tioga, PA died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Born on September 6, 1947 in Blossburg, PA, he was the son of Gerald W. and Agnes (Kelly) Barnes, Sr. Prior to his retirement, Gerald was employed in the maintenance department with Endless Mountains Transportation Authority (EMTA). He enjoyed fishing, watching sports on TV and going sleigh riding with his niece. Gerald is survived by a brother, Ralph K. Barnes of Mansfield, PA; two sisters, Rosemary Barnes of Covington, PA, Joyce Ann Barnes of Blossburg, PA and one niece, Breanne D.K. Barnes of Covington, PA. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA.
