Obituary of John Daniel Reidy

John Daniel Jack Reidy, age 70, of Millerton, PA, died on Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Troy Community Hospital, Troy, PA. Born on July 9, 1942 in Elmira, NY, Jack was the son of Daniel and Blanche (Wilcox) Reidy. He was married to Ardath Sundae (Martin) Reidy. Prior to his retirement in 2003, Jack was employed with Mansfield University in the Maintenance Department. He was a member of the Hillside Rod and Gun Club and the National Rifle Association (NRA). Jack is survived by his wife, Sundae; two step sons, Matthew (Johna) Neal of Mansfield, PA, Ryan (Alanda) Neal of Mansfield, PA; a daughter, Mary and son-in-law Jack Aumick of Mansfield, PA; one brother, Donald (Sharon) Reidy of Horseheads, NY; one sister, Sandra Bolonis of Ft. Myers, FL, and four grandchildren, Patrick Aumick, Macy Neal, Jaylynn Neal and Jayc Neal. Jack was predeceased by a son, John Reidy, a daughter, Aleisha Reidy, one brother, Joe Reidy, his parents and his step mother, Nona Reidy. In keeping with Jack's wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA, 17701. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S.
