Obituary of Gwendolyn Rice Farr

Type Obit Here Gwendolyn Gwen (Cleveland) Rice Farr age 79 of Lawrenceville, PA died Sunday, January 21, 2007 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Gwen was born on April 3, 1927 in Mansfield, PA the daughter of Asa and Martha (Dyke) Cleveland. She was a member of the Canoe Camp Church of Christ. Gwen is survived by her husband Edward Farr of Lawrenceville, PA, three daughters and sons-in-law Brenda and James Finnerty of Tioga, PA, Sandra and Donald Jones of Avoca, NY, Cheryl and Melvin Hall of Lawrenceville, PA, a son and daughter-in-law David and Veronica Rice of Swanton, Vermont, Step children David and Betty Farr of Ocala, FL, Lynn Farr of Lawrenceville, PA, Nancy Lowery of Lawrenceville, PA, Joseph and Patty Farr of Lawrenceville, PA, Jerry and Judy Farr of Lawrenceville, PA, nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her first husband Edward Rice in 1996 and a great grandson Kristian Anthony Bostic on August 12, 2004. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 from 1 to 3 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Canoe Camp Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Charleston, Twp.
