We are greatly blessed to have had such a wonderful Grandma. The memories of going to Grandma and Grandpa's house are some of the best times of my life. I especially loved thanksgiving with all of the family. Grandma worked tirelessly making pies around the holidays. There is no telling how many hundreds of hours she picked berries to make those pies and jelly and jam. She was such a strong person and a hard worker. Although she experienced great pain and heartache at times in her life, she remained the sweetest, kindest, and most beautiful person. We all knew Grandma loved us very much, and we loved her very much. May we all strive to be the kind of person she was, and that we may show that same love and grace to others as she did to us.
