Micheal N. Krause, age 17, of Elkland, PA, died on Sunday, September 9, 2012 in Mansfield, PA. Born on September 15, 1994 in Towanda, PA, he was the son of Scott Krause of Ithaca, NY and Jennifer (Folen) Shaffer of Elkland, PA. He was married to Shondra (LaPoint) Krause of Mansfield, PA. Micheal was a student who enjoyed spending time with his daughter, family, tattoos, piercings and skateboarding. In addition to his wife, his parents and his step-father, John Shaffer of Elkland, he is survived by a daughter, Lillian Rannee Krause of Mansfield, PA; one brother, Jeffrey Krause of Mansfield, PA; two sisters, Kristian and Angelia Krause of Elkland, PA; maternal grandparents, Judy Ogden of Trout Run, PA and Louis Folen, Jr. of Greenville, NC; paternal grandparents, Neil Krause of Covington, PA and Dorothy Krause of Blossburg, PA; two aunts, Heather Roxberry of Mansfield, PA; Misty (Jerreod) Spencer of Elkland, PA; foster grandmother, Michele Akey of Mansfield, PA; god mother, Laurie Confer and god sister, Amanda Confer; both of Blossburg, PA. foster aunt, April Beiber of Wellsboro, PA, foster aunt, Wynn Przybyien of Blossburg, PA, foster uncle, Nathan Keeney of Wellsboro, PA, foster aunt, Lydia Akey of Mansfield, PA; cousin and best friend, Kaylee Sherer of Mansfield, PA, best friend, Pat McClain of Roseville; and much loved numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main Street, Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will be held immediately following calling hours at 7:00 PM with Rev. Sharon Kent officiating.
