Obituary of Beverley M. Johnston

Beverley M. Johnston, age 77, of Morris, PA, died August 29, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 12, 1935 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of Dalton and Dorothy (McFall) Teed. Beverley and her husband, Thomas Merton Johnston, celebrated 61 years of marriage. Beverley enjoyed farming, canning, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. Beverley is survived by her husband, Thomas; 4 sons and daughters-in-law, Dalton and Roberta Johnston of Oregon Hill, PA, James Johnston and Barb Tom of Wellsboro, PA, John and Shelly Johnston of Oregon Hill, PA, William Johnston and Lisa Gardner of Osceola, PA; two daughters, Gloria Merrick and Randy Hurd of Liberty, PA, Carol and Dennis Mast of Pittsburgh, PA; 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Beverley was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Teed. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Nauvoo, PA with Pastor Tom Harmic officiating. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, c/o Joanne Butters, Treasurer, 54 Railroad Ave., Mansfield, PA 16933. Burial will be in Oregon Hill Cemetery.
