Obituary of Richard Driskell

Richard Driskell, age 90, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in Carleton Senior Care, Wellsboro, PA. He was born on December 28th 1921 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Richard was the son of Gilbert Driskell and Lula Gardner. He is survived by his wife Lucile Driskell of Wellsboro and sister, Kay Detar of Oregon. In addition to his wife and sister, Richard is survived by three sons, Douglas, Donald and David as well as daughter-in-law, Fay, and two grandchildren, Hannah and Amy Driskell. Richard graduated from Rose Hullman Tech. and was a veteran of World War II. He worked as an engineer for Convair and Humphrey Electronics in San Diego, California and AVCO in Cincinnati, Ohio. On retirement he worked in support of his wife's fine art business preparing models for casting and reproduction. The whole family will miss him.
