Obituary of Leonore D. Jerzak
Leonore D. Jerzak, age 78, of Mansfield, PA, died Friday, March 16, 2012 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. She was born August 4, 1933 in Phillipsburg, NJ, a daughter of Francis and Dorothy (Nolan) Reilly. .Leonore was the wife of Francis R. Jerzak. She was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church, Mansfield, PA and enjoyed painting, music, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Leonore is survived by her husband, Francis; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Ginger Jerzak of Mansfield, PA, Eugene and Ann Jerzak of Erwinna, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverley and Robert Gilder of Mansfield, PA; twelve grandchildren, Sarah Jerzak, Emily (Jim) Goins, Amanda Jerzak, Andrew Jerzak, Tim Jerzak, Allison Jerzak, Zac Gilder, Caleb Gilder, Benjamin (Jackie) Jerzak, Parry Jerzak, Jacob Jerzak, and Michael Jerzak; two great grandchildren, William and Gavin Jerzak; a sister, Marie Schadt of Bethlehem, PA. She was predeceased by two brothers, Edward and Frank
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, March 19, 2012 from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Child Catholic Church on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Jacek J. Bialkowski as celebrant. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Marys Mausoleum, Alpha, NJ.
