Obituary of V. Jerlene Yeager

V. Jerlene (Hull) Yeager, age 97, of Mainesburg, PA, and formerly of Carlsbad, NM, died on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Bradford County Manor, West Burlington Twp., PA. Jerlene was born on October 14, 1914 in Hillsborough, TX, the daughter of Artie Mishie (Dawkins) Hull. She was predeceased by her husband, Will Dee Yeager. Jerlene enjoyed quilting, embroidery and crocheting. She was a member of the Sunset Church of Christ in Carlsbad, NM. Jerlene is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Linda Yeager of New Mexico, Bobby Yeager of Oregon; one daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and James Padden of Mainesburg, PA; one brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Barbara Tooke of Florida, four sisters, Rosemary Garner of MO, Dorothy Scott of OH, Pat Haggerton and Nancy Emerson, both of Texas; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Betty Yvonne. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Jerlene on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main Street, Mansfield, PA, with the Rev. Jacek Bialkowski officiating.
