Obituary of Henry Patterson Howe

Henry Patterson Howe, age 54 of Tioga, PA, died Saturday, December 31, 2011 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. He was born December 30, 1957 in Elmira, NY, a son of Paul Jesse and Cora (Walton) Howe. Henry was the husband of Ruthann (Gates) Howe. He was a self-employed logger and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Henry is survived by his wife, Ruthann; his mother, Cora Howe of Wellsboro, PA; step-sons, Jeffrey (Tammi) Fitzwater of Columbia Cross Roads, PA; Robert Fitzwater of Herndon, PA, Jason (Crystal) Webster of Wellsboro, PA, Jordy Webster of Wellsboro, PA, a step daughter, Georgia Fitzwater of Wellsboro, PA; step-grandchildren, T.J., Dylan, Brandon, Tori, Bobby, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Dakota, Garrett, Cassandra, Jenna, and Kaytrin; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Joan Howe of Nelson, PA; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Janice and Ken Davis of Tioga, Judy and Don Bruner of Springfield, MO, Marilyn and Roger Wood of Tioga, PA; brother-in-law, Wayne (Juanita) Gates of Columbia Cross Roads, PA; aunt, Alberta Young, uncle, Fred (Monalee) Johnston; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Paul Jesse Howe in 2006; brothers, Paul S. Howe and Jesse Howe. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 7, 2012 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
