Mr Slabey was a great guy! I attended Mansfield University 1979 - 1983. Mr Slabey was a computer science teacher there... and I took several courses that he taught. I always remembered his smile... he was always smiling. And he was nice. Always willing to help you out. I was sad he passed. And after reading his obit, and seeing all that he accomplished in his life... wish I had known him better! "Thanks Mr Slabey for all you taught me!"
