Obituary of Cindy Lou Miller
Cindy Lou Miller, age 58, of Wellsboro, PA, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at the Veterans Medical Center, Bath, NY. Cindy was born May 6, 1953 in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Melvin and Natalie (Reese) VanCise. Cindy had been employed by Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching and reading. Cindy was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War.
Cindy is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, James J. and Carmen Smith of Tulsa, OK, Paul E. Smith of Ocala, FL; two grandchildren, Tiara and Destiny Smith of Somunak, IL; a brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Sandy VanCise of Leavenworth, KS; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Melvina and Matt Taylor of Lynn Haven, FL, Yulanda and Arthur Davis of Grand Prairie, TX, Patience and Guy Nieman of Leavenworth, KS; five nephews, five nieces and 22 great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following calling hours at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Debbie Button officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Elkland, PA.
