Obituary of William Paul Miller
William Paul Miller, age 72, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, August 12, 2011 at his residence. Paul was born on April 26, 1939 in Quality, Kentucky, the son of William R. and Celia Etta (Insco) Miller. He was married to Bertha Anne (Mosher) Miller.
Paul was career veteran with the US Air Force having served in Thialand, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of the Wellsboro Free Methodist Church, the American Legion, and the N.R.A. Paul also enjoyed traveling, cooking and eating, fishing, his pasttime as an amateur radio operator, and spending time with family, friends and his beloved cats, Taco and Shadow.
In addition to his wife, Anne, he is survived by one son and daugther-in-law, Ray and Elly Rathbun of Wellsboro, PA; four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Les VanZile of Wellsboro, PA, Barbara and Dennis Wismer of Champagne, IL, Sherri and Barry Hunter of Middlebury, PA, Lisa and Glenn Sidler of Wilmore, CT; two brothers-in-law, Terry (Linda) Mosher of Hannibal, NY, David (Debbie) Mosher of Horseheads, NY; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Jackson of Kenosha, WI; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Paul was predeceased by a brother, James A. Miller in 1952.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA.
