Obituary of James J. Aubry
James J. Aubry, age 72, of Mansfield, PA, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011 in Broad Acres Health & Rehabilitation Center, Wellsboro, PA. James was born on November 3, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of August and Anne E. (Gribben) Aubry. Prior to his retirement, James was employed as a machine operator. He was a US Navy veteran and enjoyed volunteering with the local food bank.
James is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Kelly Aubry, Scott and Hope Aubry, Russell Estlack, James and Dorothy Aubry, Daniel and Karen Aubry; four daughters, Donna Aubry Lindsey, Clair Dlarkangelo, Patricia Lally, Susan Aubry; two sisters, Mary D. Bowes and Patricia A. Russett; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a special friend, Don Seely. He was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Olivia J. Dolchan, Eileen T. Lukomski, Ellen E. Ruffo, William J. Aubry, August P. Aubry, Jr., and James A. Keating..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Bakerburg Community Church, 197 Gray Valley Rd., Mainesburg, PA. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 3 P.M. at the church with Pastor David Dressler officiating. Burial will be in St. Dennis Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA at a later date.
