Obituary of Audrey W. Wise

Audrey W. (Lashley) Wise, age 86, formerly of Mansfield, PA, died on Monday, January 10, 2011 in the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. Audrey was born on January 3, 1925 in Barbados, West Indies, the daughter of Gordon and Beatrice (Teodorini) Lashley. She was predeceased by her husband, John F. Wise in 1988. Prior to her retirement, Audrey was employed by Fishs Shoe Store in Mansfield, PA, and Carole Smiths Hallmark Store. She was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church and enjoyed caring for and spending time with her grandchildren. Audrey is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, John F. Jack and Ellen Wise and Richard W. Wise both of Mansfield, PA; one daughter and son-in-law, Audrey Ann and Robert Mocarski of Mansfield, PA; seven grandchildren: Joy Cummings, Melissa Cowles, Katherine Wise, Jon Mocarski, Beth Mocarski, Kristen DAngelo and Sarah Englehart and 6 great grandchildren: Samuel, Owen and Robyn Cummings, Danica Mocarski, Talon DAngelo and Ryan Englehart. . In addition to her husband, John, she was also predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. At the familys request, there will be a private funeral at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory and Monuments, PC, 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA, 16933. Burial will be in Tioga County Memorial Gardens. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
