Obituary of Jose A. Jimenez
Jose A. Jimenez, age 46, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Monday, November 13, 2006 at his home. He was born on August 1, 1960 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Robert and Beverly (Boyden) Jimenez.
Jose was a farmer and had previously been employed by Babbs Creek Inn, Osram Sylvania and Sweetbriar Farms. He was a U.S. Army veteran who enjoyed spending time with his family.
Jose is survived by his loving wife and children: Nicole (Kennedy) Jimenez of Wellsboro, PA; two sons, Shawn Allen Jimenez of Ohio and Tyler Ray Jimenez of Wellsboro, PA; two daughters, Gale ODell of Savona, NY, and Megan Elizabeth Jimenez of Wellsboro, PA; his mother, Beverly Button of Middlebury, PA; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Bob Jimenez of Elyria, OH, Louis and Alicia Jimenez, Mike and Charity Wright all of Philadelphia, PA; five sisters and four brothers-in-law, Dawn Jimenez of Lorraine, OH, Yvette and Gordy Heck of Middlebury, PA, Jean and Dan Weatherby, Crystal and Hector Santiago, Amy and Wes Stopford all of Kissimmee, FL; a stepmother, Audrey Phillips of Erie, PA; stepbrothers and stepsisters, Jerry, Jason, Debbie and Yvonne; four grandchildren, Miranda Louise, Jasmine Marie, Alezandreo Antonio and Akadia; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, November 16, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. Kermit Schrader officiating. Burial will be in Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Charleston Township.
