Obituary of Ann K. Tilly

Ann K. (McGee) Cook Tilly, age 78, of Arnot, PA, died Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. Ann was born June 26, 1932 in Towanda, PA, a daughter of Joseph and Edith Kehrer (McGee) Ayers. She was the wife of Theodore L. Tilly for 35 years. Ann attended and graduated from St. Agnes School in Towanda, PA. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends, watching old TV movies, mowing and working in her yard. Ann was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church, Mansfield. Ann is survived by her husband, Theodore; two sons and daughters-in-law, John F. and Connie Cook of Tocoma, WA, Robert C. Bob and Nancy Cook of Lawrenceville, PA; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret A. and John Biblehimer of Montoursville, PA, Catherine M. Cathy and David Slusser of Tioga, PA; 10 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 6 step-great grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Shirley McGee of Towanda, PA, Joseph and Julie McGee of Troy, PA; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Richard Allen of Towanda, PA, Teresa and Larry Bailey of Millerton, PA; two step-sisters, Susan (Kevin) Shedd of Williamsburg, VA, JoEllen (Paul) Davis of Athens, PA. Ann was predeceased by her first husband, John J. Cook, in 1973, a brother, Jack McGee in 1962, and a grandson, Robert Bobby Cook in 2009. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Child Catholic Church, Mansfield, with Rev. Jacek J. Bialkowski as celebrant.
