Obituary of Helen M. Youmans

Helen M. Youmans, age 91, of Mansfield, PA, formerly of Blossburg and Covington, died Friday, February 11, 2011 at the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. Helen was born January 16, 1920 in Niles, NY a daughter of Frank and Doris (Brown) Royce. She was the widow of Harold H. Youmans, who passed away in 1994. Helen was a member of the Covington Church of Christ, the Rebekahs, a Pamona Grange member for 50 years, enjoyed reading, Bible study, plastic canvas, and Benedicts Bus trips. Helen is survived by a nephew, Harry (Ann) Youmans of Mansfield, PA; two nieces, Janice (Al) Cappelli of Wellsboro, PA and Joyce Derea of Reseto, PA, several other nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Harold, and a sister, Mrs. Henry Randall. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held following the viewing at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Pastor David Dressler officiating. Burial will be in Gray Cemetery, Covington, PA.
