Obituary of Mary Etta Luke

Mary Etta Luke, age 75, of Mansfield, PA, died Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. Mary Etta was born October 17, 1934, a daughter of Leonard J. and Leona (Lintermoot) and Marie Boyce. She was the wife of Andrew R. Luke. Mary Etta retired from Ward Foundry in Blossburg in 1997 after 42 years of service. She was baptized into the Church of Christ, loved gardening, her cats, her husband and family. Mary Etta is survived by her husband, Andrew; a sister, Pauline M. Harding of Covington, PA; a special uncle, James Weiskopff, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, June Stevens. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, September 27, 2010 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with the Rev.
