Obituary of Margaret Trela

Peg Trela, age 69, of Sylvania, PA, a lifetime caregiver went to the care of the Lord on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. Peg was born on November 12, 1940 in East Orange, NJ, the daughter of John and Mary Richner. She was the wife of John J. Trela. Prior to her retirement, Peg was employed as a resident manager with the Martha Lloyd School. She was a member of the Fellowship Bible Church in Troy, PA, where she enjoyed the music ministry and fellowship. She participated on local election boards and was saved as a teenager under the ministry of the Salvation Army. Peg also enjoyed crafts, sewing, crocheting and cross stitch. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one sister, two sons, three daughters and a son-in-law, ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Peg on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Fellowship Bible Church, Troy, PA with Pastor Jim Shay officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pegs name to the Fellowship Bible Church, RR 2, Box 122A, Troy, PA 16947. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jacquelyn A.
