Obituary of Shane R. Burke

Shane R. Burke, age 22, of Knoxville, PA died unexpectedly Saturday, July 17, 2010 in Westfield Twp. Shane was born August 14, 1987 in Philadelphia, PA, a son of Sean Burke and Carol Carrie (Walker) Burke. He graduated from Pennsbury High School in Levittown, PA and was employed by K & W in Westfield, PA. Shane enjoyed go-kart racing and cars. Shane is survived by his mother, Carol Burke of Knoxville, PA; a brother, Sean Burke of Morrisville, PA; a sister, Danielle (Erik Nehez) Burke of Wellsboro, PA; a paternal grandfather, Robert T. Burke of Benton, PA; two nephews, Joshua Burke and Evan Nehez of Wellsboro, PA; aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Sean Burke, a sister, Jackie and a brother, Sean. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 23, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Pine Grove Memorial Park Cemetery,1475 County Line Rd. Hatboro, PA at 11 A.M.
