Dear David and family, How saddened we were to read of Philip's passing. He was someone we always admired; we will forever remember growing up with the two of you. Your family was truly an inspiration to us at that time in our lives. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Best wishes to you and your family in the future. Sincerely, Tom, Dale, and Peg (Haywood) Colegrove

I will never forget the house calls that Phil made for Treat's Hardware and with the Tioga Fire/Rescue squad. This is such a surprise to us. Our prayers go out to your families. Phil touched so many lives.

Phil was always there for his mother all the years I knew him. He was always there through the fire department for those who needed his care. Most of all, he always seemed to be giving of himself no matter where, who, or when. He will be greatly missed in the ocmmunity. My prayers are with his family and community who shall truly miss him.

Deepest sympathy to the family. Phil left deep footprints in Tioga. What a kind, caring man with a quick smile who was always there to lend a helping hand. He will be missed but never forgotten.
