Obituary of Van C. Roupp

Van C. Brovie Roupp, age 51, of Covington, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 16, 2010. Van was born January 24, 1959 in Blossburg, PA, a son of VanDyne and Grace (Godbee) Roupp. Van was employed by Eugene and Evelyn House for several years. He enjoyed camping on the mountain with his friends, 4-wheeling, and spending time with his granddaughter. Van is survived by his son, Robert of Florida; a daughter, Crystal Roupp Haddow of Blossburg, PA; a very special granddaughter, Margo Haddow; brothers, James (Loretta) Roupp of Troy, Denny (Tammie) Roupp of FL, Richard (Shareen) Roupp of FL, Charles (Bonnie) Roupp of Blossburg, and David (Janet) Roupp of Liberty; sisters, Jerry Learn of Wellsboro, Janice (Milton) Brown of Canton, Nettie (PJ) Cole of NC. Christine (Albert) Short of Roaring Branch, Vicky (Tim) Dibble of Troy, and Veronica (John) Gulliver of Mansfield; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Van was predeceased by his parents, brother-in-law, Durwood Learn, nieces, Laura Roupp and Kimberly Learn, and a nephew, Mark Logan. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 5:00 to7:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
