Obituary of Anna J. McNeal
Anna J. McNeal, age 61, of Covington, PA, died Friday, September 18, 2009 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. Anna was born March 25, 1948 in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Kenneth and Madaline (Bolt) Frost. She was the wife of Kenneth Butch L. McNeal, Jr. and would have celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary in October. Anna was a member of Alanon, enjoyed cooking, yard sales, flowers, gardening and collecting various items.
Anna is survived by her husband, Butch; her mother, Madaline Frost, of New Albany, PA; a son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Anne McNeal of Covington, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Carey and Jonathan Mitchell of Mansfield, PA; six grandchildren, Kassy, Erann, Emma, Isaac, Aiden and Amaya; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Kathy Frost of Elkland, PA, David and Judy Frost, Duane and Lena Frost all of Covington, PA; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Margaret Smith of Mansfield, PA, Elaine and LeRoy Walker of Wyalusing, PA, Jeanette and Gary Alexander of New Albany, PA; several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Frost, mother-in-law, Phyllis McNeal, sister-in-law, Susan Frost, and grandfather, Earl Bolt.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor David Dressler officiating.
