Obituary of Marcella R. Finch

Marcella R. Rose Finch, age 56, of Tioga, PA, died on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at home in Tioga Junction, PA. Rose was born on January 12, 1953 in Wellsboro, PA, the daughter of Myron and Helen (Housel) Sherman of Wellsboro, PA. Rose was self-employed in the field of in home care. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Marcus Hook, PA and the Women of the Moose in Aston, PA. She enjoyed ceramics, painting, Elvis and spending time with her grandson. In addition to her mother, Helen, Rose is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Scott Smith of Sharon Springs, NY; a son, Jamie Wilson; her loving companion and fianc, Bill Stravinsky of Tioga Junction, PA; one brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Alta Sherman of Tioga; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Penny and Steve VanOrder of Wellsboro, PA, Bonnie and John Conner, Jr. of Elkland, PA; two step-brothers, Michael and Jim Sherman; two step-sisters, Crystal Smith, Cindy Champaign; one grandson, Isaac Smith; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Myron, a brother, Jeffrey Sherman on July 30, 2009, a sister, Deborah Emmick . In keeping with Roses request, there will be no services. The Jacquelyn A.
