Obituary of Clifford C. Butler
Clifford C. Butler, age 73, of Wellsboro, PA, died Sunday, June 7, 2009 at Broad Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center, Wellsboro, PA. Clifford was born in Asaph, PA on May 18, 1936, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Butler. He was the husband of the late Adamarie (Berg) Butler who passed away in 2006. Clifford was a retired farmer, a truck driver for Morrals, and retired as a heavy equipment operator from Penn Dot. He enjoyed camping, hunting and gardening and was a member of Dexter Baptist Church.
Clifford is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Bobbi Jo Butler of Wellsboro, PA, Larry and Amy Butler of Wellsboro, PA; six grandchildren, Darren, Hannah, Carissa, Jeremy, Caitlynn and Kylie; a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Charles Spencer of Wellsboro, PA.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following the viewing at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. James Truax officiating. Burial will be in West Branch Cemetery, Delmar Twp.
