Theresa Teri-Ann Yoder, age 32, of Mansfield, PA, died on Sunday, August 13, 2006 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. She was born on July 30, 1974 in Williamsport, PA. Teri-Ann was the daughter of Terry Ray and Beverly Gernert Yoder.
Teri-Ann graduated from the New Covenant Christian Academy in 1994 and attended the Church of the New Covenant. She was employed by Partners in Progress. Teri-Ann was a member of the Hillside Rod and Gun Club, the Arnot Sportsmens Club, Liberty VFW, former member of Corey Creek Golf Club and enjoyed playing the piano, swimming, Special Olympics and her cell phone.
Teri-Ann is survived by her parents of Mansfield, PA; paternal grandparents, Arnold and Jane Yoder of Florida; a maternal grandmother, Wanita Gernert of Troy, PA; paternal uncles and aunts, Mike and Mindy Yoder of Mansfield, PA, William and Kathy Yoder of Florida, Greg and Julie Yoder of Liverpool, NY; maternal uncles and aunts, Kenneth and Carolyn Gernert of Troy, PA, Norma and Paul Bellows of Canton, PA, William and Carol Gernert of Columbia Cross Roads, and numerous cousins. She is also survived by her extended family of 41 First Street, Mansfield, PA.; Godmother Sandra Alexander; Godsister Lynn (Spencer) Waite, and a Godbrother Kenneth Alexander.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, August 19, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Church of the New Covenant, Extension Street, Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the church on Saturday with Pastor Kevin Garman officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in Teri-Anns name to: Martha Lloyd Services, 41 First Street, Mansfield, PA 16933.
