Obituary of Sandra Bower

Sandra Sandy A. Bower, age 68, of St. Petersburg, FL died Sunday February 22, 2009 at the Kindred Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. Sandy was the wife of the late John E. Bower. She was born in Towanda, PA, the daughter of Levi and Mary (Linkowski) Sander. Sandy retired from the Southern Tioga School System where she had been an elementary school teacher. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Red Hatters. Sandy is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Mindy Bower of Warrenton, VA; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and many special friends. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
