Obituary of Lloyd A. Bacon
Lloyd Allan J.R. Bacon, Jr., age 33, of Columbia, PA, died Saturday, February 7, 2009 in Middlebury Township, PA. J.R. was born October 2, 1975 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Lloyd A. Cook, Sr. and Dorothy (Rice) Bacon. He was the husband of Connie (Nace) Bacon. J.R. was employed by Barron Security in Manheim, PA. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #472 in Lebanon, PA.
J.R. is survived by his father, Lloyd Cook Bacon Sr. of Keeneyville, PA; his mother, Dorothy Rice of Lebanon, PA; his wife, Connie, of Columbia, PA; a son, Sabastion Allan Bacon of Columbia, PA; two daughters, Jasmine Taylor Bacon and Cadince May Bacon of Columbia, PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Michael Scott and Kimberly Bacon of Brooklyn, NY; a sister and brother-in-law, Stacy Marie and Sheldon Roeder of Elysburg, PA; maternal grandfather, Robert Russell Rice of Lightstreet., PA; several nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins; best friends, David Peet of Shortsville, PA, Chad Faus of Columbia, PA, and Tucker. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Marian Rice, and a cousin, Patrick Clark in 2005.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 3:00 P.M. Burial will be in Catlin Hollow Cemetery, Charleston Twp., Wellsboro, PA.
