Obituary of Paul M. Tanksley

Paul McBryde Tanksley, age 73, of Tioga, PA, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 in Bath VA Medical Center, Bath, NY. Paul was born on November 17, 1935 in Ethel, MS, the son of Delmar and Lillie Bell (Self) Tanksley. He is survived by his wife, Candy. In addition to his wife, Candy, Paul is survived by three daughters, Stacy Brannan and Pam Patterson of TX, Paula Sherling of CO; a brother, Charles Tanksley of LA; two sisters, Frances Burke of TX, Johnnie Faye Womack of MS; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Burial will be in the Bath Veterans National Cemetery, Bath, NY. The Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S.
