Obituary of Janice M. Biscoe
Janice M. Biscoe, age 77, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Gatehouse Hospice Facility of the UPMC Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport, PA. She was born on October 8, 1946, in Catasauqua, PA, the daughter of David and Margaret (Davidson) Steckel. Janice was the wife of John Biscoe and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wellsboro, PA. She worked as a school principal and loved orchids, education, and community service.
Janice is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Jennifer (Frank) Clark- Copley of Wellsboro, PA, and Constance (Tom) Rawski of Whitehall, PA; grandchildren, Nicholas Clark, Kathryn Rawski, and Thomas Rawski; great grandchildren, Sophia and Charlotte Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends and family are invited to call from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
