Obituary of Robert Calvin Cook
Robert Calvin "Bob" Cook, age 70, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024. He was born on November 18, 1953, in Corning, NY, a son of John Joseph Cook and Ann (McGee) Cook. Bob was the husband of Nancy (Neally) Cook. He was the owner and operator of B&G Construction. Bob enjoyed hunting and riding his buggy.
Bob is survived by his wife, Nancy; son, Adam Clay (Abby) Cook of Surfside Beach, SC; daughters, Eve Cook of CT, and Melissa (Josh) Neally Abel; grandchildren, Calvin Abel, Bodi Abel, Clay Cook and Morgan Cook; brother, John F. (Connie) Cook of Tacoma, WA; sisters, Margaret A. (Mike Prentiss) Biblehimer of Montoursville, PA, and Catherine M. (David) Slusser of Tioga, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Theodore Tilly; and a son, Robert John "Bobby" Cook in 2009.
Friends and family are invited to call from 1:00-2:00 P.M. on Monday, October 7, 2024, at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery in Tioga, PA.
